How to ÌÇÐĶ¯Âþvlog Your Accommodations to Your Classes Every Semester

1. Sign in to the . You may also sign in to the portal from your ÌÇÐĶ¯Âþvlog Dashboard.
   
2. If you have any E-Form Agreements, sign them. Not all accommodations have an E-Form Agreement, so if nothing is listed, please disregard.
   
3. Click Add Request for ____ Classes. This button will be under "Accommodation Requests" for the current or upcoming semester.
   
4. Select your Courses and Select your Accommodations. You can check the box "ÌÇÐĶ¯Âþvlog the same accommodations to all selected courses," OR leave the box unchecked to select your accommodations for each individual course/class.

If you need to make any changes to your accommodations, contact SDAC at sdac@csumb.edu or (831)582-3672 and schedule an appointment with an SDAC Advisor as soon as possible.

Housing Accommodations

To renew housing accommodations for the next academic year, we recommend meeting with your advisor starting mid-February onwards. To schedule an appointment, contact SDAC at sdac@csumb.edu or (831)582-3672.

STUDENTS WITH EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS:  To renew your ESA accommodation, you must submit updated/current documentation and meet with an advisor every academic year. Submit this documentation either by email or in person.
