FAQ's

July 31, 2026. All payments must be received and cashiered on or before this date. We do not consider “post-marked” dates as “paid”. To ensure that your payment is received before the deadline, you must pay online.

Log in to your ÌÇÐ͝Âþvlog Dashboard, and go to OASIS. Your most current account balance will be on your Student Center. See . Please do not refer to Cashnet (Transact) for your actual balance owed.

Yes. Students may self-enroll in the  Tuition & Fees Installment Payment Plan (IPP).

A Payment Extension hold does not prevent registration. Instead, it allows you to remain enrolled in your classes while your payment is pending.

You may receive this extension if:

  • Your tuition and fees are fully covered by financial aid, or
  • The Bursar’s Office has a third-party authorization form on file covering your tuition and fees.

This extension appears in the “Holds” section of your Student Center. If you have this extension, you will not be dropped from your classes for nonpayment. Your tuition payment deadline has been extended to September 8, 2026.

A Financial Aid Housing Payment Extension hold may also be granted if your housing and meal plan charges are fully covered by financial aid, or by a combination of student payments, financial aid, and/or third-party payments. This extension also appears in the “Holds” section of your Student Center and extends your housing and meal plan payment deadline to September 8, 2026.

If you have both extensions, all of your charges — including tuition, fees, housing, and meal plan charges — are considered covered. Your payment deadline for all charges has been extended to September 8, 2026.

You must pay the remainder of your tuition before July 31, 2026. Your full tuition & fees must be paid and/or covered by financial aid, on or before the payment deadline.

You must log in to your ÌÇÐ͝Âþvlog Dashboard/OASIS and accept your financial aid (grants and loans). Your financial aid is paid against your charges due posted to your student account in OASIS. Financial aid payments are not given directly to the student.

Your financial aid money is disbursed to your ÌÇÐ͝Âþvlog student account during the first week of classes. Your financial aid will be credited towards your “balance due” after it has been disbursed.

If you have more financial aid than “charges due”, you will receive a refund. You will get your refund during the first week of classes after you enroll with BankMobile.

If you have less financial aid than “charges due”, you will need to pay the difference before the tuition deadline .
